The Mardelle Manor has modern apartments suitable for two to four guests, efficiencies with complete kitchens for one or two guests, and rooms for one guest.  All units have air conditioning, cable TV, microwaves, and private bathrooms.  A special feature of the Mardelle is a large, full-length porch where guests frequently meet or read in comfortable couches and rocking chairs.  Concerts and rehearsals taking place at the amphitheater one block away provide a pleasant background to conversations.  Across the street from the Mardelle at 13 Roberts Ave is the refectory where guests can get a light snack or a mid-afternoon ice cream cone.  The Chautauqua library right around the corner and the amphitheater are easy walks.  It is even possible to take a break during the intermission at a concert and return from your lodging in plenty of time for the second half of the performance.
